Inserting Objects in a Slide

Diff erent objects like text box, WordArt, shapes and pictures can be inserted in a slide.

Let’s learn to insert these objects.

Inserting Text Box

Follow these steps to insert a text box in a slide.

1. Click on the Text Box tool in the ‘Text’ group of the ‘Insert’ tab.

2. Hold down the left mouse button while dragging the mouse diagonally towards

the right. Release the mouse button.
3. You will see a rectangular box with a cursor.

4. Enter the text in the box.
