Follow these steps to apply a theme to a presentation.
1. Click on the Design tab.
2. Scroll the mouse over the available Step 1
thumbnails of themes in the ‘Themes’

group.
3. Click on More drop-down menu at
the bottom right of the ‘Themes’
group to view more themes.

4. You will see the themes gallery.
5. The preview of the theme is refl ected
on the slide as you hover the mouse
on any theme.
6. Select the desired theme type. The slide will display the selected theme.

Changing Colour Scheme

We can change the colour schemes of a presentation. The colour scheme of various
elements like Title and Background can also be changed.
Follow these steps to change colour scheme.

1. To apply colour scheme to a slide, click on the Design tab. Go to ‘Themes’ group.
2. Left-click on the theme to be applied.

3. You can also right-click on the selected theme. You will see a ‘Shortcut’ menu.
Select the Apply to All Slides option. This will apply the theme to all the slides in a
presentation.
