Unskilled Human Resources
Unskilled human resource is another way of
referring to a labour that does not require
skill or training. Th ese resources do not use

reasoning or intellectual abilities in their mode
of work. Th ese workers are typically found in
positions that involve manual labour such
as packager, assembler, apprentice or farm
worker. Unskilled jobs usually do not require
formal education and can be performed by
a majority of individuals. Th ese unskilled
jobs are decreasing due to technological
and societal advances. As a result, the
unskilled labourer is facing unemployment.
For example, labour that was once done
manually may now be assisted by computers
or other technologies which require the
worker to have technological skills. Examples
