The Slide Sorter view can be accessed by clicking on the Slide Sorter button in the ‘Presentation
Views’ group of the ‘View’ tab.
Notes Page View
Notes button present at the bottom of
the slide window allows the user to hide
or show notes. The user can click on
the ‘View’ tab to access the Notes Page
view. A notes box opens below the slide
window on clicking the Notes button.
The user can type his/her notes in the
notes box to be referred while giving the
presentation.
Reading View
Reading view displays the
presentation as a slide show
that fi ts within the window.
The Taskbar is displayed in the
‘Reading’ view. The user cannot
modify the contents of a slide
in this view.
