•  MS PowerPoint off ers various views like Normal View, Slide Sorter View, and Slide Show View in
                         which presentation can be viewed.
                      •  Normal view is the default view in PowerPoint used to create and design the slides in a
                         presentation.

                      •  The Outline view displays the text outline in the Outline pane.
                      •  Slide Sorter view displays the thumbnail representations of all slides of a presentation.
                         The user can reorder, insert, delete or duplicate slides using this view.
                      •  Notes button present at the bottom of the slide window allows the user to hide or show notes.
                         The user can click on the View tab to access the Notes Page view.
                      •  Reading view displays the presentation as a slide show that fi ts within the window.
                      •  Slide Show view is used to present the whole screen to an audience. It appears like a photo
                         album displaying slides in a presentation one after the other.

                         placeholder sizes, text positioning on slides, placement of objects on slides, bullet styles,
                         colour schemes and background design.
