Changing Column Width

                    Follow these steps to change the column width.
                                                                                  1.  Select the column whose width
                                                                                      needs to be changed either
                                                                                      by clicking on any cell of that
                                                                                      column or by clicking on the
                                                                                      column header.

                                                                                  2. Click on the drop-down arrow of
                                                          Step 2
                                                                                      the ‘Format’ button in the ‘Cells’
                                                                                      group of the  ‘Home’ tab and
                                       Step 1
                                                                                      select the Column Width option
                                                                                      from the displayed menu.



                      3.  The ‘Column Width’ dialog box will appear. Type in
                           the desired width of the column (the default column
                           width is 8.43) and click on the OK button.

                    Copying and Moving Data

                    Copying the content of cells means duplicating the content of cells or a range of cells from one
                    location to another. Moving the content of cells means removing content of cells or a range of
                    cells from one location and placing them to another location.

                                                          Follow these steps to copy and paste data from one cell to

                                                            1.  Select the data in cell(s) that need to be copied.

                                                            2.  Click on the Copy button in the ‘Clipboard’ group of
                                                                 the ‘Home’ tab.

                                                                          On clicking the arrow on the Paste button
                                             Step 1                       in the Clipboard group, a drop-down
                                                                          menu appears.  When we click on the
                                                                          Paste button on it, the data of the cell(s)
                                                                          is pasted at the desired location.
