Inserting Row

                    Follow these steps to insert a row.

                      1.  Click on any cell where a new row has to be inserted.
                      2. Click on the drop-down arrow of the ‘Insert’ button in the ‘Cells’ group of the ‘Home’ tab
                           and select the Insert Sheet Rows option from the displayed menu.

                      3.  A blank row will be inserted at the current row position and other rows will be shifted
                           downwards.

                    Inserting Column

                    Follow these steps to insert a column.
                                                                                   Step 1
                      1.  Click on any cell of the column                                           Step 2
                           where a new column has to be
                           inserted.

                      2. Click on the drop-down arrow
                           of the  ‘Insert’ button in the
                           ‘Cells’ group of the ‘Home’ tab
                           and select the  Insert Sheet
                           Columns  option from the                                    Step 3
                           displayed menu.
                      3.  A blank column will be inserted
                           at the current column position
                           and other columns will be
                           shifted towards right.
