Nail hygiene
Nails and nail beds are the sites where germs live and grow.
These germs can easily transfer to the mouth, nose and eyes
and can make us fall sick. Nail biting is a major problem which
causes the spread of these germs to the mouth. Clipping of
nails once in a week and keeping them clean is a good way
to prevent the spread of germs to other body parts.
