Nail hygiene

Nails and nail beds are the sites where germs live and grow.
These germs can easily transfer to the mouth, nose and eyes

and can make us fall sick. Nail biting is a major problem which
causes the spread of these germs to the mouth. Clipping of

nails once in a week and keeping them clean is a good way
to prevent the spread of germs to other body parts.

                    Hair hygiene

Hair grows from our scalp. It is important to keep our hair and

scalp dirt-free. For this, we must shampoo our hair and scalp at
least twice a week. Hair must be oiled and shampooed regularly to

make them look clean and smooth. Hair washing removes sweat,
oil and other unwanted things from our hair and scalp. Untidy

hair makes us look bad. Comb your hair regularly and get them
trimmed to look smart. Hair care

                                     Oral hygiene

Taking care of teeth and gums means oral hygiene. Clean teeth and

gums can prevent various mouth-related problems such as bad breath
and cavities. Oral hygiene can be maintained by brushing and fl ossing

our teeth twice a day. We must brush at least for 2 minutes. Rinsing
our mouth with water or mouthwash after every meal removes the

food particles sticking to our teeth. These hygienic habits will protect
                     Oral hygiene

body. By bathing regularly with Drinking plenty
