Multiplication on a Number Line
We can multiply numbers on a number line to find their product.
Example 5: Multiply 6 by 2.
Solution: Start from 0 and jump 6 places 2 times.

We will reach 12.
So, 6 × 2 = 6 + 6 = 12.
