10. Specify the transition timing by entering the number
of seconds or minutes in the ‘Duration’ box in the
‘Timing’ group.
11. Select the On Mouse Click checkbox to advance the
slide by clicking the mouse.

12. Click on the After checkbox to advance the slide
automatically to the next one after a certain period of
time. Specify the slide advance timing in the ‘spin’ box accordingly.

selected eff ects on all the slides.

‘Slide Show’ tab. The presentation will start
from the beginning along with the applied

We can add music or sound eff ects to a presentation to add special eff ects. Sound fi les can be
added from files stored on a computer. The user can also record his/her voice and insert it in a
presentation.
