5. A link to the fi le will be copied to the web

6. Paste the link in an e-mail message or on
the web to share the fi le. Click on the Done
option after completing the process.

Signing Out from Google Drive

Follow these steps to sign out from Google Drive.
1. Click on the Google Account icon on the top right corner of the window.
2. Click on the Sign out button. The ‘Google Drive’ window will be closed.

Computer Etiquette

The user should be careful while working with fi les and folders on Google Drive. Also, space on
the Drive should be managed.

Tech Terms
Google Drive: A storage system that allows the users to share fi les and folders with others at any
time from any location with Internet connectivity
List View: A view where fi les and folders appear with their application icons, and other details like
date when they were last modifi ed, their size and the associated owners

Grid View: A view where fi les and folders appear in the form of thumbnails
