• In Grid view, fi les and folders appear in the form of thumbnails. The users can click on the
Grid view button located on the top right corner of the window to access this view.
Copying a File
Follow these steps to copy a file.
Step 1
1. Select the desired fi le.
2. Click on the More actions button present at the upper
right corner of the web page. You can also right-click on
the selected fi le.
3. Select the Make a copy option from the list. You will see a copy of the selected fi le.

Renaming a File
Follow these steps to rename a fi le.
1. Select the desired fi le. Click on the More actions button
present at the upper right corner of the web page.
