Creating a New Presentation


                    Follow these steps to create a new presentation.

                    1. Click on Start  PowerPoint  Blank Presentation.

                                                                     2.  When the PowerPoint application is

                                                                         new presentation, follow these steps.
                                                                            Click on the  File tab and select the

                                                                            New option.
                                                                            Click on the Blank Presentation.

                                                                            A new blank presentation will appear.







                    3.  The new slide will appear with two                                      Step 3
                       rectangular dotted boxes called

                       placeholders. The placeholders contain
                       text, images and other objects.

                          using the shortcut command Ctrl + N.
