Saving a Presentation

Follow these steps to save a presentation. Step 2

1. Click on the File tab and select the Save option.
You can also click on the Save button on the ‘Quick
Access Toolbar’.

2. The ‘Save As’ window will appear.

3. Select the Browse option. You will see the ‘Save Step 1
As‘ dialog box.
4. Select the desired location to save the fi le. Type

the name of the presentation in the ‘File name’
text box.

5. Click on the Save button.
6. Your presentation will be saved with .pptx extension.

Opening a Presentation

Follow the steps to open an existing presentation.
1. Click on the File tab and select the Open option.

2. Click on the Browse button.
3. You will see the ‘Open’ dialog box.

4. Select the location of the fi le and choose the file name to be Step 1
opened. Step 2
5. Click on the Open button.
