Cloud Computing

Cloud is defi ned as a set of hardware, networks, storage, interfaces and services present at
a remote location. Cloud computing is a technology that uses the Internet to maintain data
and is device independent. The word ‘cloud’ refers to the Internet. Here, resources are always
available whenever you need them.

The goal of cloud computing is to provide easy access to resources. For example, e-mail is
stored on the cloud and can be accessed any time.
