Tech Terms

Table: A grid made up of rows and columns
Cell: An intersection of a row and a column
Column: Vertical series of cells in a table
Alignment: The position of text or table content in any other form in a document

Indentation: The spacing between the table
Splitting: The process of dividing selected cell into separate cells
Merging: Combining data split in numerous segments of a cell

Row: Horizontal series of cells in a table
