Reducing and Increasing the Size

We can reduce (or increase) the size of any picture drawn on a square grid by reducing (or
increasing) its length and width proportionally.

Observe the number of complete and incomplete squares covered by the picture in the first
grid. Notice how the picture has been increased and reduced in the other grids.
