                       Most children love to eat things like burgers, pizzas and chocolates,
                       which are not good for health.  They contain lots of fats and
                       carbohydrates, which can make children gain extra weight. Avoid
                       eating unhealthy food and eat nutritious food to stay healthy. A
                       healthy snack may include sprouts, fruits and salad.



                        HEALTH ALERT!



                       Eating a balanced diet is not the only thing that can make us healthy.
                       We should exercise daily to stay f it and f ine. Exercise makes our
                       muscles strong and our heart healthy. It also helps in the process
                       of removing wastes from our body. Yoga also helps in making us f it,
                       happy and relaxed.






                    Ways to Avoid Wastage of Food

                    We already know that food is important for the survival of all living

                    beings. But around the world, many people die each year because
                    of lack of food. Thus, we should stop wasting food so that it is
                    available for everyone. Here are some ways to reduce wastage of

                    food.

                    •   Take small  servings of food in your plate, which you think you
                        can eat. Ask for more if you still feel hungry.

                    •   Store food items, that can get spoilt at room temperature, in

                        the refrigerator.
