Example 8:      Construct a quadrilateral ROME in which RO = 4 cm, OM = 6 cm, ME = 5 cm, –O = 100º,
                                    –M = 80º.
                    Solution:       Construction: Draw a rough sketch of the figure to be constructed.

                                      and at point M on line OM make –OMY =
