Hiding a Field

Follow these steps to hide a fi eld.

1. Open a table in the ‘Datasheet’ view.
2. Select the fi eld by clicking on its fi eld
header.

3. Right-click on the selected fi eld and
select the Hide Fields option from
the displayed menu. Step 1

4. The selected column will be hidden
from the table.

Unhiding the Hidden Fields

Follow these steps to unhide a fi eld.
1. Open a table in the ‘Datasheet’
view.

2. Select any fi eld by clicking on its
fi eld header. Step 2 Step 3
3. Right-click on the fi eld and select

Unhide Fields option from the
displayed menu.

4. An ‘Unhide Columns’ dialog box will appear. It displays
all the fi elds present in the table. The fi eld that is hidden
is unchecked.

5. Tick the checkbox and click on the Close button. The
hidden fi eld will be displayed.
