Datasheet View
Follow these steps to delete a
fi eld in Datasheet view.
1. Open a table in the
‘Datasheet’ view.

deleted and right-click
on it.
3. Select the Delete Field
option from the menu

4. A prompt message will appear. Click on the Yes button to confi rm deletion.

Follow these steps to delete a fi eld in Design
view.
1. Open a table in the ‘Design’ view.
2. Select the row to be deleted Step 2
3. Click on the Delete Rows button on
the ‘Design’ tab of the ‘Tools’ group.
The selected row will be deleted.
