 Ribbon: It allows you to perform common tasks such as copying and moving, creating
                       new folders, e-mailing and zipping items, and changing the view.

                     Address Bar: It is used to enter or select a location.

                     File List: This is where the contents of the current folder or library are displayed. It is
                       also where your search results appear when you enter a search term in the Search
                       box.

                     Column Headings: In Details view, you can use the column headings to change how
                       the fi les in the fi le list are organised.

                     Search Box: As the name suggests, the Search box is used to search for subfolders,
                       documents, images, programs, web pages and bookmarks in the current folder.

                     Status Bar: It displays information about a selected folder such as the total number of
                       items in the folder, the number of items selected and total fi le size.

                     Details Pane: It is used to see the most common properties associated with the
                       selected fi le such as the author, the date you last changed the fi le, and any descriptive
                       tags you might have added to the fi le.

                     Preview Pane: It enables you to quickly preview an item such as a document without

                       opening it.

                    Working with Files and Folders

                    We have learnt about fi les and folders in our previous class. Files and folders are created
                    to store data and information on a computer.
