                    Work in groups of four. Choose a destination and discuss and create a plan for a four-day trip.
                    Complete it with a map and detailed instructions for travel by plane, boat, train or road. Share
                    it with the class and make a chart to be displayed on the noticeboard.

                         •  Which aspects of the destination do you wish to explore?
                         •  How ready are you to observe and listen to the local people?

                    Travelogue

                    A travelogue is a personal narrative that focuses on the traveller’s impressions about a particular
                    place and its people, lifestyle, customs, etc.

                    An ideal travelogue should have a balanced mix of information and personal experience.

                    Write a travelogue about a recent journey you undertook. You can complete the following
                    table as a pre-writing task.
