                    Now read the following groups of words.


                           1.  Benny loves his pets.

                           2.  His name is Jerry.


                           3.  Cheeku and Tweety fly away.

                    These groups of words make complete sense on their own. They are

                    called sentences.

                    A group of words that makes complete sense is called a sentence.

                    We always begin a sentence with a capital letter (ABC). We put a full

                    stop (.) at the end of a sentence.
