                      Enter the given data in Excel 2016. Calculate the total, average, highest and lowest of all the marks
                      entered.
                      Steps to be Followed
                      •  Click on Start  Excel 2016.
                      •  Create a worksheet as shown.
                      •  Click on the Function Library group on the
                         Formulas tab.
                      •  Click on AutoSum and select Sum from the
                         drop-down list.
                      •  A dashed border will appear along B2 to E2.
                      •  Now press the Enter key.  The F2 cell will
                         display sum of all the subjects for Sheena.
                      •  Now copy the formula by dragging the
                         mouse pointer to the remaining cells.
                      •  Click on AutoSum and select Average.
                      •  A dashed border will appear along B2 to E2.
                      •  Now press the Enter key. Cell G2 will have the average of all the subjects for Sheena.
                      •  Now copy the formula by dragging the mouse to the remaining cells.
                      •  In the similar way, calculate the highest and the lowest marks.

                     Enter the values in Excel worksheet very carefully and use the functions properly to obtain accurate results.

                      Workbook:  An MS Excel document
                      Worksheet:  A sheet in the workbook
                      Range:  A group of continuous cells which form the shape of a rectangle
                      Cell reference:  Cell address we use in the formula

                      Functions: Predefi ned commands that act on a cell or a range of cells and perform calculations
