Google Drive

Google Drive is a storage system that allows the users to share fi les and folders with others
at any time from any location with Internet connectivity. The users can store their fi les, e-mail
attachments, photos and videos on the Drive. It also allows the users to create, share and
manage their fi les like documents, presentations and spreadsheets.

Features of Google Drive

Let’s learn about various features off ered by Google Drive.
• Data Backup: The users can save their data and information including text documents,
images and videos on Google Drive. It is easy to use and is also cost-eff ective backup
solution. It off ers 15 GB free storage space.
• Converting PDFs to Text: Google Drive consists of an inbuilt PDF converter that allows
the user to convert the PDF to the desired fi le format. The user needs to right-click on the
fi le to be created and select Open with followed by Google Docs. The text can be then
edited.
