Do and Learn                             Make a Diet Plan






                    Using books, magazines and Internet, learn about the various foods that are rich in calcium
                    and proteins. Make a diet plan for a period of one week which will include these food items in
                    appropriate quantity. Try to include a variety of food items in your diet plan; however, you can
                    repeat certain items. Show it to your teacher. On getting the approval of the teacher, you can
                    start following this diet plan.
