Here, the suffix -en is added to the word threat to change its form so that it makes

The words cheerfully, angrily and thoughtfully are examples of adverbs.
An adverb is used
to describe a verb. Juhi sings beautifully. Beautifully describes the verb sings.
to describe an adjective. This rose is delicately Delicately describes the adjective

to describe another adverb. He runs very swiftly. Very describes the adverb swiftly.
