There are other tools in the Shapes group like Polygon and Diamond which
can be used to draw various shapes and fi gures.

Colouring the Shapes

Fill with colour tool is used to fi ll colours in a closed fi gure. A closed fi gure

means it should not have an open end, otherwise the colour will spill in the
Drawing Area.

1. Click Fill with colour tool in the ‘Tools’ group of ‘Home’ tab.

2. Choose and click on a colour from the ‘Colours’ group of ‘Home’ tab. The
selected colour will now be Colour 1.

3. Click inside the closed area to fi ll it with colour.

• Draw any three shapes of your choice using the tools in Shapes group.

• Colour these shapes with your favourite colours using the Fill with colour tool.
