(a) present age of Priya to her mother’s age = 12 : 36 = 1 : 3
(b) present age of Priya’s father to the age of her mother = 42 : 36 = 7 : 6
(c) age of Priya’s mother when Priya’s age was 10 years = 36 – 2 = 34 years
∴ required ratio = 10 : 34 = 5 : 17
(d) age of father to the age of mother 10 years ago = 32 : 26 = 16 : 13
