Subtraction
Let’s Recall ...
• Subtraction means taking away. It is also called the difference between
two numbers.
• When a number is subtracted from itself, the answer is zero.
• When zero is subtracted from a number, the answer is the number itself.
• We cannot subtract a bigger number from a smaller number.
• Every addition has two subtraction facts and every subtraction has two addition
facts.
