                    We know that addi  on is coun  ng forward. For example, to add 5 and 3, we
                    start with 5 and count forward by 3 to get 8. In ver  cal addi  on of 2-digit
                    numbers, we fi rst add the ones and then add the tens. Let’s revise the ver  cal

                    addi  on of 2-digit numbers with the help of the following game.
