Read the following sentence.
The tiger was sleeping inside the cave.
The word inside helps us to understand where the tiger was sleeping.
The words on, under, inside, beside, behind and between tell us where
something is. They are called position words or prepositions.
Read the examples given below.

2. The rabbit is under the chair.
3. The carrot is inside the basket.
4. The cabbage is beside the basket.
5. The box is behind the apple.
