Mother is hungry. She eats an
orange. Rustam is hungry too.
He eats an apple and a banana.
Father wants to sing a song. He
takes out his guitar. He sings two
songs. Mother and Rustam listen
to him.
It is dinner time. Father makes a
fire with small sticks. Then he roasts potatoes over it. Mother fries some
vegetables.

Suddenly, they hear a growl . Rustam is scared. He asks, ‘Is it a tiger or
a lion?’
Mother pats him on his head. She says, ‘Don’t worry. The animal is far
away.’
Father says, ‘There is a wall around

this place. There are guards near
the gate.’
Rustam feels safe. They eat their
food. Then they fall asleep.
Soon it is morning. It is time to
go home. They keep everything
back in the car. Rustam picks

up all the garbage . He puts it in a bag. He puts the bag in the car too.

Mother puts out the fire. The place looks clean.
Father says, ‘Let us take some pictures.’ They take a lot of pictures. Rustam
really enjoys this short holiday.
growl : a low sound an animal makes when garbage : waste material
