Coins
Coins are used to represent rupees and paise.
Every coin has its value written on it.
` 10 ` 5 ` 2 ` 1 50 p
Earlier coins of smaller values like 25 p, 20 p and 10 p were also available.
Remember
` 10, ` 5, ` 2 and ` 1
are available both as
25 p 20 p 10 p currency notes and
coins.
Counting Money
To count money, simply add the numbers written on the coins and the currency
notes to find the total.
